LOS MSA is organized under California’s Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law and operates for charitable purposes as a recognized 501(c)(3) with EIN: 850805768.

Specific purpose: provide financial and social assistance to the homeless through the reclaiming and repurposing of degraded land in America.

• No substantial part of our activities involves lobbying or political campaigning.
• Assets are irrevocably dedicated to charitable and educational purposes.
• Upon dissolution, remaining assets go to a similar 501(c)(3).
